Step Four: Get ready for the seminar.

You'll be meeting with other Project Managers to think about how decisions are made to choose someone to honor and remember. What are some factors you need to think about? Fill out the first question on the Seminar Notetaking form before your meeting.

Click on the button for the Seminar Notetaking form.

Step Five: Attend the seminar.

While you are at the seminar discuss the questions that are on your form. Listen to what the other Project Managers have to say and write the best response you heard in the second space on the Seminar Notetaking form. Be sure to listen carefully so you can share this information with your Monument Planning Group.

Step Six: Attend the Project Summit Meeting

Now you're ready to make some decisions! You will meet with your group to choose the person you think is most worthy of a new monument, to plan the new monument and create a script for your presentation.
